With a focused and trauma-informed approach, Molly provides efficient and cost-effective legal support to our clients at every stage of the litigation process. She does this by independently managing and navigating all law clerking duties in connection with intake and pre-litigation, the preservation and collection of documents, examinations for discovery, mediation and trial. Molly is committed to advancing our clients’ best interests with creativity, efficiency, compassion and hard work.

 

Prior to joining Gillian Hnatiw & Co. as our Director of Operations and litigation law clerk, Molly worked in the field for over 5 years at boutique litigation firms. Molly’s experience includes extensive work in the area of tort litigation, specializing in plaintiff civil sexual assault and gender-based violence.

 

Molly has assisted with cases before all levels of court across the country, including the Supreme Court of Canada. She also has advanced knowledge of a variety of parallel proceedings, such as the Social Justice Tribunals Ontario, criminal investigations and proceedings, as well as various regulatory bodies and related professional disciplinary proceedings.

 

Molly is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA).
