Gillian Hnatiw & Co. is a feminist litigation boutique with a broad civil litigation and administrative law practice, focusing on professional negligence, health law and claims arising from sexual, physical, and psychological abuse, harassment, and assault. We advocate for plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations, professionals and the socially marginalized, and everyone in between.
 
We are looking to add a 2L Student to our team for the summer of 2025. Your role will include research and memo-writing, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, meeting with and preparing clients for steps in the litigation process, and supporting lawyers at discoveries, mediations, and court proceedings. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated interest in litigation, strong research and writing skills, and is ready to contribute to a trauma-informed practice.
